A little bit of a background on me; Throughout my early years I was always a bit overweight, and after high school I was a LOT overweight, and had to learn how to properly balance training, fitness, health and nutrition and work out what worked for my body and what didnt. Over the last 6 years I have learnt a lot, and will try and help others wade through all the information available on the internet!
This blog will aim to provide you with as much nutrition, health, and fitness information as you can handle, to help you take the steps towards being happier, healthier and wiser over all!
